Judge’s Decision to Hear Inmates’ Case Threatens Practice of Solitary Confinement

I gave this interview on “Speak Up New Hampshire” a few days ago.  The show is hosted by NH State Representative Kevin Avard (R) and is focused heavily on misconduct by judicial officials.  The voters of Rep. Avard’s district are lucky to have him working hard on their behalf to keep state government operating honestly.

The interview is about Ademo Freeman’s illegal arrest by a person entrusted with enormous power…  and the manipulation of the Constitution by powerful judges that occurred in the aftermath.
